How To Drive A Manual Car For Beginners Step By Step

Even the vice versa holds true. many think driving a car is scary but However, it must be noted that driving a car is a lot simpler than it looks. There are just some basic things you need to keep in mind before you get behind the wheel. Step By Step On How To Drive A Car
  1. Adjust The seat so that your feet can reach both pedals comfortably: you can adjust your seat back and front or you may like it up or down, but most people may like to adjust their seats to feel comfortable.


  2. Familiarize yourself with the foot pedals: in a car there are two main paddles controlling the brake and the acceleration, the paddle at the right side (which is usually smaller than the other) is the accelerator, and pressing it down makes the car move. the harder you press the faster you go. while the paddle at the left (which is bigger than the accelerator), is the brake paddle.it is wrong to use both legs on the paddles, and best to use one leg on both.

  3. Adjust your car's mirrors so that you can see through them clearly and effectively: your car should have three mirrors one rear view mirror( to let you see the windshield behind you), two mirrors outside the car one at the left and one at the right (to let you see the side of your car while driving.

     

  4. Know where the parking brake(also called a handbrake, e-brake, or emergency brake) is and what it does: before you should start driving you should know & be able to locate where your parking brakes /handbrake in case of emergency.

  5. Gear changing:
    Knowing how to change a gear helps in learning how to drive a car and changing gear helps the car move faster . you can reduce the gear to maintain normal speed. gear 1(speed: from 0-10mph) ,gear 2(speed: from 10-20 mph), gear 3 (speed: 20-30 mph). . .
